The success of therapy has very much to do with the rapport established between a therapist and client. I encourage feedback from clients regarding approaches that work best for them and how they are experiencing the therapist and therapy as it progresses.
With over 25 years of experience providing therapy to individuals and families, I respect each client's goals and capacity for co-discovery in sessions. I nonjudgmentally guide clients toward introspection and making connections that may shift their view of themselves and "the problem" and expand their view of what positive change might look like.
