I believe that the ability to heal exists within all of us. I utilize a multimodal approach in my work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a diverse array of issues. My goal of treatment is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment through which we will work collaboratively to address issues associated with life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.
My areas of speciality are issues spanning across the perinatal continuum, chronic illness, anticipatory grief, and bereavement. Together, with an approach customized to your specific needs, we will work towards a place of inner peace.
