We believe that working from a holistic mind/body/spirit view, therapy can help unblock emotions, address distorted thoughts, as well as traumatic and negative life experiences. We will work towards developing greater self awareness, nourishing hope, confidence and contentment. In pursuit of this goal, we use evidence-based behavioral, cognitive, motivational and psychodynamic approaches.
We incorporate mindfulness, guided imagery and meditative techniques when appropriate. In therapy you will develop skills that will enable you to better understand yourself and your situation and to learn to release stress; tap into your strengths; work toward self-improvement and independence.
