You and I will start from square one by building safety together first, before we work on the heavy stuff. We can take a body-based direction, a solution-focused direction, or a little of both. I offer a neuro-affirming approach treating you as a whole person, not a checklist. With specialized training in ADHD/Autism assessments and neurodivergent-focused EMDR, we’ll safely explore your unique processing style and trauma without pathologizing your lived experience. Let’s address masking or numbing, and guide you home to your body and mind.
My lived experience as a neurodivergent parent, LGBTQIA+ community member, and second-generation American of Hispanic heritage deeply informs my work.
