I'm currently accepting new clients for EMDR and somatic therapy. You may look high-functioning on the outside but still feel anxious, stuck in looping thoughts, or disconnected from your body. I specialize in EMDR and body-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, health anxiety, and chronic pain. Together, we focus on helping your nervous system feel safer so patterns can shift and symptoms can begin to ease.
I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system–based approaches including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to support lasting change. We work with real-time nervous system responses to help you feel safer in your body so anxiety, fear, and stuck patterns can shift.
