Support is necessary in life and is especially beneficial during your perinatal and postpartum periods.

In therapy we can work through different ways and create tools to process and work through those emotions. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to be able to have open conversations centered around your goals while working together to identify your strengths and ways of supporting you through what brought you to therapy.
