I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My background includes providing in-home individual and family therapy through Lena Pope, collaborating with Tarrant County Juvenile Services to support youth and families involved in probation and parole, and offering crisis support to children and families in the emergency department of a local pediatric hospital.
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and gain insight. I also incorporate EMDR to help process past experiences that may still be influencing the present, while building skills that support growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
