I specialize in depression, relationship issues, anxiety, and substance and behavioral addictions. Ideally, I can help you find your true self, and through this journey you can begin to discover new purpose, levels of contentment, and meaning in your relationships.

I believe that meaning is ultimately what drives us; without purpose, life can be really hard. I offer a meaning making based approach (often referred to as Logotherapy). My primary goal as a therapist is to truly understand you and your struggle. I will deeply listen and help you navigate current stressors, past trauma, and greater meaning.
