I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing treatment to a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and intellectual abilities. I have a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University. I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma.
In my practice, I utilize various theoretical approaches and also incorporate psychoeducation into my practice depending on each individual. I aim to provide clients with the encouragement to explore possible interventions they can implement into their daily lives that will help them more effectively deal with symptoms, stress, or just life in general.
My goal is to provide each client with therapeutic "safe space" to process challenging situations, build skills, maneuver difficult emotions, and to actively support and encourage them on their wellness journey.
