About
I specialize in helping adults and teens who are depressed, anxious, stressed or angry secondary to experiences of being discriminated against. I use cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and positive psychology approaches in my treatment.
Depression is a killer. Anxiety is an isolator. Anger is an alienator. And stress is a mission crusher. I help my clients overcome these problems in as short of a time frame as possible.
I have three primary goals (1) To create a confidential, safe and caring atmosphere for my clients. (2) To offer services that are informed by research. And, (3) to help my clients reach their goals as quickly and as comfortably as possible. I place an emphasis on understanding and reflecting back my clients' strengths.
