Lia has been in private practice for over a decade and specializes in working with women. Lia uses holistic evidence-based treatments, follows her client's lead (while giving homework), and has never met a client she can't help.
Lia's practice spans both NC & SC. Lia is a community herbalist and certified yoga teacher, and focuses on holistic healing- mind, body, & spirit, and teaches holistic techniques to help control anxiety and depression. She sees the potential in human beings for change and growth, and believes that everyone is capable of finding happiness.
