I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a passion for empowering individuals to respond differently in stressful situations. My approach is integrative, combining emotion-focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths focused, DBT concepts, and somatic therapies.
I know taking the step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but it can also be empowering to create a space that’s truly yours—where you can laugh, cry, reflect, and grow.
