I work with adults and teenagers navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and relational wounds. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and somatic therapies to support whole-system healing, but above all, my practice is about being fully present with you. I have specialized training in sexual trauma.
