Announcement icon During this unprecedented time, I am conducting consultation and therapy sessions via a secure and reliable HIPAA-compliant platform.
I work with clients to help them increase confidence and reduce anxiety. In addition, many of my clients notice an increased capacity to form healthy emotionally intimate relationships. I am on faculty at The Catholic University of America and the Washington School of Psychiatry where I continuously both learn and teach the latest findings in effective therapy.
Your time and life is valuable. Therefore, I work in a partnership with my clients to rapidly reach goals and access the root of the problems. Using a number of modalities including cognitive therapy, mindfulness techniques, short-term psychodynamic treatment, and the recent findings in neuroscience, I tailor the treatment for each client.
My approach is active and focused in the current moment. During these challenging times, my background as a Mindfulness instructor and professor give me specific tools to help my clients regulate their anxieties. I invite you to visit my website for more details.
