At times, life's challenges can weigh heavily on our hearts, making us feel lost, anxious, and unsure of our worth. In these moments, reaching out for support is a courageous step towards a brighter tomorrow. Here you will find a safe space where you can feel supported in working through life's challenges. As your therapist, I am dedicated to helping you rediscover your inner strength and embrace your inherent worth as a person. With patience and self-compassion, we will discover the root causes of your trauma, allowing you to emerge stronger, more confident, and capable of facing life's challenges with grace.
I specialize in working with women who are struggling with low self-esteem, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, body image issues, and childhood trauma. I offer a combination of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and parts and memory therapy. I take a somatic, trauma-informed approach to healing anxiety/trauma.
Taking the first step to begin therapy isn't easy but if you're here, it probably means you're ready to confront these challenges that have been keeping you from growing into your best self. Take this courageous step towards healing, and let's embark on a transformative journey together.
