I specialize in helping people of all ages navigate life's challenges with a particular focus on self-compassion. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and psycho-education to support individuals in meaningful ways. I’m especially committed to helping people work through issues like self-esteem, relationships, and major life transitions.
