You may be used to being the one everyone relies on — the one who keeps things running, takes care of others, and pushes through even when you're exhausted. On the outside, you may look like you're managing it all, but internally you might feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or like you've lost parts of yourself along the way.
Many of the women I work with are navigating the mental load of motherhood, relationship stress, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions. They often tell me they want to feel calmer, more present, and more like themselves again — not just surviving each day, but actually feeling grounded in it.
I also support families with young children who may be struggling with behavioral challenges, transitions, or dysregulation. Through developmentally appropriate play therapy and parent collaboration, I help children build emotional regulation skills while helping caregivers better understand their child’s needs and respond with confidence.
