I work with young adults navigating anxiety, grief, identity, and complex trauma. Therapy with me is relational and intentional, a space to slow down, reflect, and be fully seen. Our goal isn't to fix you, but to reconnect with parts of you that learned to carry a lot and find steadier, more authentic ways of being.
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational, guided by curiosity and care. I blend person-centered, narrative, and experiential approaches so your process is felt, not just understood. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, reconnecting with and reclaiming quieted parts of your story.
Taking a step toward therapy can feel tender, especially if you’re used to holding a lot on your own. There’s room here to just be & explore what’s coming up for you at a pace that feels right.
