I work with individual and couples who are seeking support and guidance to overcome the many challenges that occur in day-to-day life. Those challenges could be a range of symptoms such as constant worry, low mood, lack of motivation, difficulty communication, or challenges concentrating.
By beginning to recognize the importance of mental health, we remain motivated and committed to actively engaging in therapy to improve our overall well-being. This all happens in a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings gaining understanding and seeking validation as well as practical techniques.
