Lexus strives to create a welcoming and validating space for people to explore their experiences. She believes in strengthening each person’s inner strength and resiliency. Her specializations are supporting those who have experienced any trauma, challenges within their relationships, those who identify as neuro-divergent, those who are struggling with grief/loss of any kind, and those looking to build and/or strengthen their current coping skill. Lexus creates a space of flexibility and support for all people.
I specialize in supporting people 13+ and older who have experienced trauma. I can teach you coping skills to manage your unwanted symptoms and navigate challenges within your relationships. I am EMDR certified, DBT trained, trauma informed, and focused on holistic healing.
You can move past a difficult childhood and/or a traumatic event. I will be there to support you. I can provide you the tools you need to have the life you want and deserve to have. Deciding to heal trauma can be scary but with the right tools and treatment it doesn't have to be. Please send me an email if you have any questions.
