I have years of experience helping people improve their mental health and well-being. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I used techniques like Applied Behavior Analysis to help children with autism and disabilities learn to live better, more adapted lives. I've also coached patients and families as they navigated difficult healthcare challenges.
