Our Team
It can be difficult to find a therapist you feel you can trust. I strive to make every person feel heard, understood, and respected. You are the expert on yourself. It is my role to listen and help you find your own answers. We will work together to develop the therapeutic skills necessary to propel you forward. I also seek to focus on strengths and positive psychology including using humor, incorporating your spiritual beliefs if desired, encouraging your talents, and strengthening your support network. I love teaching mindfulness practices and CBT skills!

I am independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of Kentucky as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, currently serving adolescents and adults. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Mountain State University in West Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, having completed my Master’s Degree and hours of supervision. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, both from Eastern Kentucky University. I have had experience in treating clients with a wide array of concerns. These concerns include, but are not limited to, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders. Additionally, I have experience in treating the veteran population.
