I have an eclectic approach to couples work, as I draw from several evidence-based frameworks to meet each couple where they are, including Gottman Method and Emotions Focused Couples therapy. A significant part of my work is focused on helping couples move away from shame and unrealistic expectations. I value empowering my clients through education as well.
