Accepting new clients for May 2026. I understand how vulnerable it can be to begin therapy. Change can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’ve built a life that looks successful on the outside but feels exhausting or unsteady everywhere else.
Many of my clients are driven, thoughtful individuals who are used to a "grin and bear it" mentality, but are now seeking emotional clarity, courage, and relief.
I specialize in working with professionals who struggle with anxiety, burnout, panic disorders, ADHD, and complex trauma/PTSD. My approach is warm, calm, and results-oriented, integrating IFS, CBT, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy.
Along with practical tools, the foundation of our work will always be the quality of our therapeutic relationship.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked extensively in the creative arts and hospitality industries, so I understand firsthand the realities of high-pressure environments, burnout, and performance-driven cultures.
I bring this experience into my work with people who want to feel less overwhelmed, more emotionally grounded, and more connected to others.
