Life can bring many struggles and having a supportive space can help you process and grow to create the life you want. I work with clients who have ADHD and/or anxiety, who often feel overwhelmed by emotions and fears, like they're drowning in them. Oftentimes, clients I work with have a lot of insight but feel stuck. You may feel like you are too much or have too many emotions, but you deserve a safe space to process them. Together, we can find a way to create a new relationship with emotions and create the life that YOU want.

I take a somatic approach to therapy that involves processing emotions in your body as well as cognitively. I mainly work with people with ADHD or anxiety, although I welcome all who need support. Therapy should be a safe space for all, so I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, moving around, and feeling at your pace.

I hope to walk with you in whatever you are dealing with today. If you are seeking to heal past hurts, to gain support for anxiety, OCD, depression, or ADHD (suspected or confirmed) or even to parent a child who is struggling, then you are in the right place.
