You might be struggling in your relationships, feeling disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift. My approach is relational and rooted in attachment theory, working with you to strengthen your relationships, build your self-worth, and learn how to sit with difficult emotions without being overwhelmed by them. I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship–one where you feel understood, supported, and also gently challenged.

I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. My practice is grounded in a psychodynamic lens, helping you understand how past experiences and relationships shape how you relate to yourself and others today. I integrate EFT and ACT to support both insight and tangible change.

In the therapy room, I aim to be warm, steady, and attuned. I can sit with the heavier parts of your experience without rushing past them, and I also use humor and lightness when it feels helpful. Alongside support and understanding, I offer honest, direct reflection and will gently name patterns that may be getting in the way of change.
