From trauma work and obsessive thinking to executive dysfunction and stress management, I offer a collaborative and evidence-based approach where we work together to achieve your unique goals. My clinical expertise centralizes on ADHD/ASD, trauma, chronic pain, codependency, and OCD. Much of my work aims to treat the nervous system as a whole, increasing regulation and allowing clients to live more freely and authentically.
I am passionate about working with trauma survivors and neurodivergence. I am trained in EMDR, ERP, DBT, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Brainspotting. I believe in strengths-based counseling and working with clients’ expertise on their lives and themselves.
