Through somatic and holistic approaches we can address the underlying feelings of not feeling safe.
I take a strengths-based and somatic approach to therapy. Focusing on your brain and your body to heal and move forward. Alongside CBT and DBT therapies I take a somatic approach to treatment through art, movement, and mindfulness. I practice therapy through the Polyvagal theory lens and I am informed on Internal Family Systems.
