Hi there, I'm Lexi! As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping people find their voice to feel truly seen and heard, and I strive to tailor my approach to your individual needs. I believe therapy can be more than just talking; it’s also about gaining a deeper understanding of your mental health, how daily stressors and our upbringing may influence your well-being and how to move forward, while also building practical coping skills. As a military spouse, I have a unique appreciation of how stressful life can be when there are events going on outside of our control and I often utilize mindfulness practices to remain present.
Our sessions might involve humor, honest conversation, and going at a pace that feels right to you. I aim to bring my authentic self into our work, balancing warmth with professionalism. You can expect a space free of judgment, where we build on your strengths, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and respect when you need time and space.
