Hi I’m Lexi and I work with individuals and couples who are looking to grow to better understand themselves and their past in order to move forward. I offer counseling to individuals and couples from various socioeconomic backgrounds & military-connected men and women who are experiencing trauma, anger, or relationship conflict. Reactions to traumatic events might feel like anger, depression, anxiety, or avoidance of feelings. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in arguments, distant or unsure of how to reconnect. I specialize in helping couples heal using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to break painful patterns. For individuals, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to heal trauma and support emotional regulation for lasting change.
