I am experienced working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatric population & families. Diagnoses I have worked with include anxiety, depression, ADHD & insomnia. My therapeutic techniques include CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Grief Therapy, Attachment-Based, Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Family Systems, Mindfulness & Confidence-Building.
