Hi there! My name is Lexi, and I am so glad you are here. I proudly identify as a queer therapist and am committed to creating a space for you to bring all parts of your identity to be seen, heard, understood, and celebrated. The therapeutic relationship we will develop together plays an essential role in establishing a safe space for you to do the work you want to do.
Relationships are where we heal, and for so many of us, relationships are also where our greatest hurts have occurred. I believe in the power of unpacking the impacts of those hurts so you can learn new ways of relating to yourself and others. I see the therapeutic relationship as a safe practice ground for you to do just that.
I believe you will be the only expert of your life in our work together. I will be there to support you, guide you, and challenge you in ways that support your desired growth and healing.
