My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, as I believe in every individual’s ability to heal. Sometimes, we need a witness in that to help uncover insight or an assessment of coping strategies that may not be serving us well. In every session, I aim to create an open and accepting space for individuals to be completely authentic.
