I integrate evidence based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to support healing and growth. I also provide discernment counseling and SYMBIS premarital counseling as part of my services.
