Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches, I am here to support and empower you to achieve your goals and create changes in your life.
I work with clients ranging from pre-teen to adults who are working through anxiety, life stressors and transitions, and unresolved past trauma. My goal as a therapist is to build a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for you to feel comfortable. Together, we will create a treatment plan that fits your goals for therapy.
