I specialize in Family Life; realtionships-marriage and divorce, childbearing years, parenting, teenagers. I use a variety of practical tools-body based/somatic- neurobiology/brain science, mindfulness, and Family Constellation Work. I am trauma sensitive but gifts focused. I offer monthly Constellation groups, weekly online groups and 1-on-1 sessions.
I have been helping bright and good hearted humans like you for over 25 years. I listen well and care deeply.
