Hi, I’m Lex. I’m passionate about supporting people who are curious about their nervous system, especially as they move through trauma recovery or awaken from the weight of chronic stress. I aim to hear and honor your perspective, helping you explore your inner world, celebrate your strengths, and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been overlooked. Together, we’ll co-create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space that respects varied inner experiences and sensory needs, supporting nervous system awareness and self-understanding at your own pace.
I work from a trauma-informed, humanistic lens, honoring each person’s unique story. I’m trained in EMDR and am an Intermediate II Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, offering approaches that support healing through the mind-body connection and help the nervous system shift from survival into greater regulation and presence.
My practice is inclusive of all identities and grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Our work centers on collaboration and attunement to what your body and mind need for healing and connection.
