I work from a trauma-informed and humanistic perspective, recognizing that each person’s experiences shape their unique journey. I am trained in EMDR therapy and am a beginning-level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, offering approaches that honor the connection between the body and mind.
My practice is inclusive of all identities and grounded in the belief that there is no one "right way to heal." Together, we will collaborate to deeply listen to and understand what your body and mind need to move toward healing and wholeness.
