Hello there, I'm Lex. Life is full of challenging moments, head spaces, and stages. However, you don't have to be alone on your journey. I offer a non-judgemental, inclusive, and safe space to heal + explore your thoughts. I am trauma-informed and EMDR therapy trained. I enjoy working with folx who might feel incongruence between their body + mind and are looking to increase their sense of embodiment & awareness. Together, we can foster a headspace where your symptoms are addressed & alleviated. Creating space for self-love, curiosity, and healing.
I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered, humanistic theology perspective. This approach provides a lens that recognizes that every human is unique and acknowledges that every person has the ability to grow and overcome inside of their own mind. We will work together to collaborate on an individualized approach to your specific therapeutic goals.
