My professional focus encompasses a wide range of issues, including—but not limited to—stress and anxiety management, trauma and abuse recovery, enhancing motivation, building self-esteem and confidence, and addressing symptoms of depression. I work with individuals of all age groups. Recently, I have concentrated my efforts on supporting first responders, who often face unique mental health challenges due to the high-stress nature of their work, as well as individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder—a condition I recognize requires specialized intervention and understanding.
Trauma and emotion regulation can be challenging for many individuals. My expertise in these areas may provide the answers you are seeking. As a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified dialectical behavior therapist, I have learned that no struggle is too great for us to address together.
I strive to create a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered and understood throughout this process.
