Currently accepting new clients - At the Lotus Center for Wellness and Healing, the focus is on you… the human, the individual, the person sharing space with me. Historically, Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and gender expansive (LGBTQIA+) folks have experienced oppression and marginalization that can make one feel isolated, misunderstood, and without choice. Racial and identity-based trauma can have lasting effects on a person without them knowing the significant impact.
The work that I do with clients involves helping them to heal from racial and identity-based trauma, experiences of gun violence, and trauma and abuse related to religion and spirituality. Through my intersecting identities, I share perspectives that can help clients feel at ease as they connect with a therapist with shared identities and experiences.

Like a Lotus Flower: Healing from Workplace Abuse
New Group Forming! Workplace abuse can occur in any environment and appear as manipulation, bullying, abuse of power, and harassment. When someone experiences abuse in the workplace, it can affect not only their ability to function at work but their home life, relationships, and identity. This 10-week all-genders (telehealth) therapy group will bring together survivors of workplace abuse into a space where they can support each other, process their trauma, and reclaim their power.
