My style is direct and warm, collaborative, not scripted. I practice relational and depth psychotherapy: an therapeutic practice that appreciates the whole uniqueness of the individual — not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. I specialize in self-esteem, couples counseling, LGBTQIA+, ADHD and autism in adults.

Into The Open: A Therapy Group for Gay Men
This therapy group offers gay men a space to explore what gets in the way of real closeness — with others and with themselves. Rather than only talking about life outside the room, members pay attention to what actually happens between them in the group itself. Over time, those moments become a path toward deeper self-understanding, more authentic relationships, and greater agency to live fully. Members also find genuine community with other men. Because this work asks for real vulnerability, the group begins and ends with the same members — creating the safety needed for something meaningful to take root.
