As a systems and attachment therapist I use stories & strengths, writing & journaling, and nutrition & wellness. Skills and Tools don't change people in a lasting way - connections and relationships do! So the focus of therapy is initially attachment and/or trauma issues, identity, and communication.
I also complete Substance Use Evaluations or court ordered evaluations. I offer supervision towards licensure for students also.
