In addition to private practice, I served for over 10 years at the District Attorney's Office creating behavioral health pathways for clients, & before that with youth in acute/crisis or detention settings.

As a systems and attachment therapist I use stories & strengths, writing & journaling, and nutrition & wellness. Skills and Tools don't change people in a lasting way - connections and relationships do! So the focus of therapy is initially attachment needs, identity, and communication.
I also work with families engaged in the court systems needing court ordered counseling. I complete Substance Use Evaluations or court ordered evaluations too.
