Showing up for yourself is often the bravest thing you can do. I believe everyone deserves happiness, healing, and the opportunity for change, even when it feels uncomfortable or overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating new parenthood, relationship challenges, feeling stuck in your career, exploring your identity, or struggling with substance use or addiction, you don’t have to do it alone. My approach is genuine, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered so you can move toward meaningful change with confidence and clarity.

I am a postdoctoral fellow pursuing my independent license as a clinical psychologist. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to clients of all ages. My experience includes a broad range of concerns, with specialized knowledge in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and severe mental illness. My trauma-informed approach recognizes the impact of trauma on mental health and functioning. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, using evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, art therapy, and animal-assisted interventions tailored to each client.

I am a counseling intern who provides a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all backgrounds. While I enjoy working with and learning from individuals across the lifespan, I have a particular passion for helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, social, and developmental challenges. I can engage with all individuals in person or over telehealth, and am willing to be flexible with a potential blended schedule. I am committed to ongoing learning and work under supervision to ensure ethical, effective care.
