I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a research-based therapy to help children and adults heal from trauma and manage anxiety. My advanced training in play therapy and certification as a Registered Play Therapist allows me to create a safe, engaging space for children and adults to process their experiences.
