I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio that loves handing out high-fives and being my clients’ biggest cheerleader! I use positive psychology and existentialism to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative, and creative mindfulness interventions for the in-between. Those with attention issues, trauma, or really any hurts, habits or hangups are my specialty in treatment. I have a lot of experience in treating children and teens that are having troubles at home or school, as well.
I specialize in treating children and teenagers with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism, as well as adults that are navigating stressful situations, trauma and psychosis. I’m currently finishing my dissertation on what causes people to engage in a mindfulness practice, and am a published researcher in creativity in counseling.
I truly believe laughter, creativity, and reliability are the biggest allies we have in treatment. Feelings can be messy, and I’ve got my muck boots waiting for you!
