Do you feel stuck, empty, or unfulfilled? I work with individual clients who experience ongoing depression and anxiety, grief and loss, guilt and shame, difficulty getting close to others, difficulty with assertiveness, harsh self-criticism, relational conflict, and trauma. I also work with couples during any stage of their relationship. I am especially passionate about working with adults and young professionals (age 18-40ish) on such defining issues as strengthening one’s sense of self, navigating intimate and committed relationships, fostering adult friendships, developing one’s career, and starting a family.
Using an insight-oriented and relational (psychodynamic) approach, I help clients uncover the roots of their current behaviors, patterns, and challenges. I believe that the better you know yourself, the better you will function — the more freedom you will have to live an intentional life and make decisions based on your true needs and desires.
