I use an eclectic approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that is evidence based. My experience with other modalities include play , sand tray therapy, mindfulness based therapy, Christian counseling, and trauma therapy. I offer hope, compassion and a supportive atmosphere that is safe for exploration that leads to growth.
