Asking for help can be hard, but therapy can help you find yourself, and learn how to cope with life and life changes. I believe that it is essential to develop trust between the therapist and client, and that the therapist should provide a safe space for each client. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space where you can feel comfortable enough to open up and share your story, and in the process find who you are. I will meet you where you are and we will take it at your pace.
As your therapist I will meet you where you are and see you as a whole because I believe that the mind, body, and soul are connected. I utilized a person-centered approach because I believe that therapy consists of therapists guiding clients to better themselves. I also like to incorporate mindfulness and art therapy into my sessions.
I incorporate validation in my practice because I believe that no feeling is invalid. I want to work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, body image, chronic illnesses, stress, life changes, and life transitions. I also like to work with couples and children. I am looking forward to working with you!
