I am also here to help parents and children work through attachment obstacles due to adoption or foster care related concerns. It's important to me that each person feels safe in their body and environment while also gaining the ability to trust and connect with others.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Somatic EMDR practitioner providing counseling to children, adolescents, and women. I specialize in trauma, abuse, mood disorders, dissociation, self-esteem, stress, and the need for coping skills.

I see you as a whole person and aim to facilitate coping, a sense of freedom, and meaning in life by providing an integrative and collaborative approach to counseling.
