Hello, Im a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) (LMHC) based in Illinois and Florida. I received my Masters degree in 2011 from Capella University in MN and have been practicing for past 13 years. Ive helped hundreds of adults and children with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, ODD, Bi Polar D/O as well as BPD as well as other personality D/O, I'm here to help my clients realize the life that they could have once relieved of some of the issues mentioned above is treated.
In our first session together we will start by discussing your presenting problem and look at some history of your past mental health experiences if any as well as background with the the issues presented . We'll discuss goals and treatment options as well giving you an opportunity for asking questions.
My strength as a provider is my experience and personal life history that helps me to understand and relate to my clients, I'm an empathetic listener but Im also proactive in helping clients in finding answers to their questions about why things are happening the way they are in clients life and then working together to find ways of coping or resolving issue
