Gilbert Allen, the founder of LTAI Telehealth & Mobile Services, is a graduate of the University of St. Francis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree (BSW) in social work. In addition, he earned a master’s degree in social work from Dominican University. He has over 17 years of experience in the mental health field as an inpatient mental health counselor, a mental health professional in public schools, an emergency department social worker, a caseworker, and a private practice social worker.
